I offer a custom yoga program to businesses, which is designed to reduce work-related stress and anxiety and help boost employees’ wellbeing, focus and productivity.
Through accessible yoga sequences and basic breathwork & meditation techniques, my program will bring the tools to gently support your employees’ physical and mental health, so that they can function to the best of their abilities.
Classes can be delivered online or in person (in London) at a time that works for your team.
