Hi, I am Alice
Influenced by my past challenges with PTSD, I aim to promote healing and self-love to my students through movement and breath.
I found yoga in my late 20s and, as a lifestyle, it gave me the tools to navigate through my anxiety and emotions and connect with myself at a deep level. Everyday, my practice helps me build confidence and self-appreciation.
In 2021, I decided to qualify to share this invaluable knowledge and completed a 200h Vinyasa teacher training in London with Allie Hill. I started teaching straight away that same year. Later on, I qualified in Pranayama and Breathwork with Laurent Roure to bring an additional layer to my classes.
The teachings of yoga are endless and I am continuously looking to learn.

I teach soft, simple and accessible sequences. For me, teaching is not about offering a traditional approach or push you to master advanced poses. It is rather to create a feeling.
Classes change every month but keep the same foundational elements, so you are able to notice your progress whilst exploring new sensations.
My classes are open to everyone, regardless of your level. My approach is trauma-informed, which means that I am mindful of holding a positive, safe space and constantly learning to make my classes more inclusive.
I teach in an ego-free space in small groups. 1-1 classes upon request.
