Dynamic Vinyasa
A fluid, mindful and breath-led 60-min vinyasa sequence. The class will begin with a short breathing exercise, followed by an invigorating flow designed to help you build strength and flexibility over time. Expect the right combination of strength and softness, and to leave the session feeling uplifted and calm.

Foundations of Yoga
A ‘real’ beginners’ class where we take it slow and go over the basics of asanas (postures), breathing techniques and relaxation. Learn how to align in postures in the respect of your own body, where to place your breath, and how to transition smoothly between asanas. This class is open to people who want to discover yoga and to everyone else who wishes to revisit their foundations.

Flow & Restore
This class is a blend of dynamic and restorative postures to help you find sweet balance. The session starts with an active, breath-led flow to stretch and strengthen the body (flow). It ends with blissful restorative asanas, held for longer to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and take you to a place of deep rest (restore).
Corporate Yoga
I offer a custom yoga program to businesses, which is designed to reduce work-related stress and anxiety and help boost employees’ wellbeing, focus and productivity.
